| Аннотация: | На основі розробки гіпотези про інституціоналізацію інтересів привласнення інтелектуального продукту та їх розділ на групи, запропоновані новації в концепцію кліометрики про економічну революцію Д. Норта, які отримали втілення у виявленні тенденції становлення в Україні нової системи господарювання, заснованої,
переважно, на привласненні інтелектуального
продукту, властивих їй хронологічних періодів,
інституціональних обмежень, видів трансакцій,
критеріїв. |
| Описание: | The results have been obtained by means of
international method as quintessence: the integrity
of historical and logical — when defining periods in
the realizing the interests in acquisition of
intellectual product on the second stage of economic
revolution in the concept of cliometrics;
praxeological approach — when analyzing the
acquisition of the forms of intellectual product as a
synthesis of material substratum and immaterial
content; cross-disciplinary approach — when
studying institutional restrictions (patterns, rules
and traditions) which determine realization of
groups of interests in acquisition of intellectual
product as well as changes in institutional
conditions for acquisitions. System method —
identifying coordination in realizing groups of
interests in acquisition of intellectual product
(power, administrative, creative-labor), criteria for
modelling historical processes in the identified
periods of the second stage of economic revolution
in Ukraine (according to D.Nort).
In accordance with the hypothesis about
institutionalization of interests in acquisition of intellectual product and its division into groups (power, administrative, creative-labor) the article suggests novations to the convention of economic revolution of D.Nort cliometrics. It has come to the conclusion that modern development of national economy is characterized by the features of the second stage of economic revolution.
The paper provides justification to
chronological periods in the realization of each group of interests in acquisition of intellectual product. The ground for this periodization has been formed by the types of transactions, specifics of institutional restrictions, dominating forms of intellectual product to be acquired.
The article under consideration puts forward
the system of criteria characterizing the development of the stated periods.
It identifies the trend and periods of
developing new system of economic activity in Ukraine based predominantly on acquisition of intellectual product.
Applying the suggested system of criteria
enables to identify general direction of establishing new system of economic activity, - developing acquisition of intellectual product on the
corresponding market as well as giving the
opportunity to identify its further evolution in historical models, appropriate conditions of modern development of Ukraine's national economy. |
