| Аннотация: | РАЗВИТИЯ
Статья посвящена исследованию организационной структуры развития в управлении экономическими системами на основе анализа публикаций зарубежных и отечественных ученых-экономистов во взаимосвязи с результатами эмпирического исследования действующих предприятий различных форм собственности и отраслевой принадлежности. С учетом дифференцированного подхода уточнена этимологическая сущность понятий: «организационная структура», «организационная структура предприятия», «организационная структура управления». Рассмотрено организационное развитие как системный процесс трансформации всех ключевых структурных звеньев и сфер. Выявлены и идентифицированы ключевые факторы эффективного функционирования хозяйствующего субъекта. Обоснована необходимость специального научного обеспечения и дальнейшей теоретической проработки вопросов реформирования структуры и характера взаимосвязей между звеньями экономической системы. Разработана системная классификация структурообразующих звеньев организационного развития с учетом особенностей экономических категорий и тенденций динамики изменения внешней и внутренней среды хозяйственной деятельности в различные временные периоды. |
| Описание: | The article investigates the organizational structure of the management of economic systems based on the analysis of publications of foreign and domestic scientist’s economists in conjunction with the results of an empirical study of existing enterprises of various forms of ownership and industry sector. The method of the differentiated approach refined etymological essence of concepts «organizational structure», «organizational structure of the enterprise», «organizational structure of the management». The organizational development as a process of transformation of the system of key structural units and areas. Detected and identified key factors of effective functioning of the economic entity. The necessity of special scientific software and further development of the theoretical issues of reforming the structure and nature of the relationships between the components of the economic system.
The article is divided into three parts. The first part is devoted to analysis of studies and publications known scholars and practitioners dealing with organizational development. In the second part of this article we discussed the difference between «growth» and «development», built organizational chart development. The third part of the article includes a review of the evolution of the individual stages of the formation and the formation of a scientific theory of the organization that allows detecting and regulating the structure-forming units, streamlined components of organizational development, as an integral system, in order of importance.
Develop systematic classification structure-forming units of organizational development, taking into account peculiarities of economic categories and trends dynamics of changes in the external and internal environment and economic activity at different time periods. |
