Аннотация: Продемонстрировано существенное увеличение функциональной прочности узла ролика рольганга прокатного стана путем рационального выбора параметров малогабаритного амортизатора (буфера-адаптера). При этом габариты узла не меняются, затраты на реконструкцию малы. Подтверждена возможность управления нагрузками в узле подшипника без изменения технологических параметров процесса, выполняемого прокатным станом.
Описание: Background. Metallurgical machines have high parameters on loads, dimensions, and actuating elements speed. The number of breakdowns ofmetallurgical equipment parts is high. Breakage of parts and components of metallurgical machinery lead to millions of losses associated with the high cost of parts and downtime losses of high-performance units. Such parts include bearing assemblies of the roller table rollers of rolling mills. At PJSC “Illich Iron and Steel Works” (Mariupol) the service life of such bearings (e.g., tapered roller table of plate mill 3000 or the receiving roller table of continuous wide mill 1700) is only about two months, which is clearly insufficient. In modern constructions of the roller table rollers, there is no space to install large absorbers of compression or shear, so you have to use small-size shock absorbers installed under the outer ring of the bearings. A proper choice of such absorber parameters would significantly increase the functional strength of the entire roller assembly of the roller table. Materials and/or methods. As a material for elastic elements of small-size shock absorbers cast structural polyurethane adipren L-167 95 ShA was used. The study used an integrated approach, including theoretical and experimental research as well as the design study. Theoretical research is based the methods of the theory of elasticity and plasticity, mathematical statistics and reliability theory. To analyze the stress-strain state of elements of the protective devices the finite element method was used (software complexes ANSYS Mechanical and ANSYS DesignXplorer Module). For the parametric design of protective and shock absorbing devices, a complex CAD KOMPAS 3D was employed. The experiments included physical modeling of protective devices in the laboratory of the “Strength of materials” Department of Federal State Autonomous Educational Institution “Peter the Great St.Petersburg State Polytechnic University”, and a study of the absorbers performance under operating conditions at PJSC “Illich Iron and Steel Works” (Mariupol). Results. Two versions of the buffer-adapter to reduce parasitic loads in the roller bearing of the roller table are developed. The technique of calculation and choice ofbasic parameters of elastic elements of small buffers-adapters is proposed. As a result of their application in practice, the factor of dynamism (and, hence, maximum load) was reduced by 2.5 times. The bearing service life after the introduction of shock absorbers was increased to 22 months. Conclusion. The example demonstrates the possibility to substantially increase the functional strength of the roller table rollers assembly through a rational parameters choice of a small-size absorber. The results of the calculations were verified by implementation in the industrial practice of the plate shop 3000 (tapered roller table, 20 support rollers beforeand after the KV-1 roughing stand, bearings No.23248) and continuous wide mill 1700 (receiving roller table, 4 support rollers, bearings No.2097148) of PJSC “Illich Iron and Steel Works” (Mariupol). The bearing service life after the introduction of shock absorbers was increased to 22 months, which is confirmed by the implementation acts.
