| Аннотация: | Хозяйственная этика представляет собой сложную систему ценностей, норм и правил в рамках господствующей этической концепции. Исследование хозяйственной этики с позиций нравственных ценностей является той проблемой, без решения которой невозможно сформировать эффективную экономическую политику. Функционирование хозяйственной этики на принципах социально-культурной системы ценностей способствует гуманизации экономических процессов как фактора разрешения хозяйственных, социально-политических, философско-нравственных и других проблем. |
| Описание: | Background. Economic ethics as the moral principle in the economy reflects the process of interaction of production mode and life activity. The production mode and life activity are closely interrelated
on the values basis – a set of moral and ethical standards, rules and behaviors that form the cultural and historical roots of the nation. The aim of the paper is to determine specific links between moral
values and the peculiarities of the economic system functioning.
Materials and/or methods. The study is based on the idea that functioning of the economy is due to the principles of moral development, including utilitarian morality and deontological trend, which imply a
hierarchy of logically structured motivations, including spiritual, professional, social, economic, etc.,
contributing to the ethisation of the economy as the only factor in solving contemporary problems.
Results. A detailed comparative study of the influence of the cultural factors on the formation and operation of economic ethics is conducted. The close connection between the degree of ethisation of the economy and its economic efficiency is revealed. The need for involvement in the management mechanism of the principles of economic ethics as a factor in solving economic, socio-political, philosophical, moral and other problems is proved.
Conclusion. The goals and motives of economic activities in any socio-economic system are set by institutional constraints, standards and rules, and are formed by value systems,ethical norms and traditions. The system of economic interests in civilization aspect corresponds to the system of moral values shaped by modern civilization, the main of which are the utilitarian and deontological principles. The obtained data are used to establish social links between ethics and economics. |
