| Аннотация: | Задаются теоретические рамки исследования сетей с точки зрения институционального
дизайна. Авторы дают определение института
и институционального дизайна, раскрывают
природу институтов, дают типологию правил в
сетях и идентифицируют возможные стратегии изменения правил. В заключении формулируются выводы, и указывается направление дальнейшего исследования сетей с позиции трансакционных издержек. |
| Описание: | In the context of globalized world and
complicated economic relations the scientists have become especially interested in studying such phenomenon as «network». Particular progress in studying this phenomenon has been achieved in the
sphere of economics, sociology, psychology,
however, from the point of view of neoinstitutional economic theory network relations have not been sufficiently researched by scientific community. A
given article raises question of studying networks in terms of institutional design. Having analyzed existing scientific works devoted to this issue, the authors give their own definition to institute and
institutional design uncovering the nature of institutes and outlining theoretical frames of studying networks. Having defined institutes as a system of rules constituting activity of economic agents in a given system, the authors suggest considering networks as institutes, otherwise stated
as a system of rules. In relation to this approach the authors study typology of rules common for networks and strategies regarding the change in rules. On the basis of the data studied and according to existing
scientific experience in this field the authors have identified the direction for further studies of institutional design in networks yet in terms of studying transactional expenses. |
