Для этого предложен инструментарий инновационного развития и определен предел использования инновационного потенциала промышленности. В заключении сделан вывод о применении предложенного институционального механизма экономики инноваций. |
| Описание: | The current state of the economy of our country is considered as a result of the operation of industrial production. In this situation, the basis of quality improvements implemented in the economy is innovation. First of all, we are referring to its practical use as a prerequisite for the formation of a new economic mechanism.
In this regard, the emerging innovation economy determines the development of innovation theory to solve the problems of upgrading the basic state of innovation potential to the planned one which provides efficiency, structure, rates, and roportions
of economic development as well as the establishment of relevant institutions in this process.
You can imagine these classification levels
defined by the relation of innovation opportunities, ie use of innovation potential and innovative reserve.
In this regard, we distinguish the following levels of innovative capacity of industrial enterprises, which are defined as: maximum – by reaching the ceiling for the expansion of innovation potential within the aggregate, minimum - the equality of innovative features and innovative reserve; optimal - establishing the limit for the use of innovative potential, i.e. limit
innovation opportunities; critical - bringing innovation to the limit of the reserve, i.e. quality innovative
resources; catastrophic - equality between innovative potential and innovative features or innovative reserve.
Finally, to accelerate the introduction of innovation in industries, the following steps should be taken:
First, to establish a system of priorities, which will be given to innovative resource-saving technologies, and secondly, special attention should be paid to the elimination of economic and social constraints of science and technology.
This will greatly increase the pace of introducing the achievements and results of research and development.
To sum up, we can draw the following conclusions.
1. An economy associated with the formation,
implementation and capacity building of innovation potential of industries that will determine the limit of the influence of innovation on economic development is viewed as the innovation economy.
2. The structure of the institutional mechanism of the economy with appropriate innovation infrastructure and innovative security includes the following components: the innovative potential of industrial enterprises; innovative production, a system for commercial use of innovation.
Given that increasing the use of innovative
capacity takes considerable time, the process should be started as soon as possible. The sooner this happens, the better for the industry, and for the economy
as a whole, because sooner or later we will have to follow this direction. This will make possible the next step toward building a new structure of the economy. |
