| Аннотация: | У статті на основі аналізу професіограми, освітньо-кваліфікаційних характеристик, практичної діяльності економіста, соціального замовлення окреслено характеристику діяльності фахівця з економічної кібернетики, визначено її специфіку у порівнянні з діяльністю економістів інших фахових спрямувань, означено професійно важливі види діяльності економістів – кібернетиків, які мають бути відображеними у їхній професійній підготовці. Автором розглянуто вплив розвитку інформаційних технологій на розширення вимог до фахівців з економічної кібернетики, зазначено перспективи економіко-математичного напрямку щодо подальшого удосконалення професійної підготовки на ґрунті широкого використання інформаційних технологій |
| Описание: | According to professiogram analysis, educational qualification characteristics, economist practical work and social order the characteristic of the economists-cybernetics proficient is described in this article. In comparison with the practical work of another proficient economists course, it has been defined its specific features such as the use of new technologies to manage and process large amounts of information using modern computer tools, the development and construction of information systems (IS) for the economy needs; examining economy generally and at the levels of individual units as a complex hierarchical system in which regulation and control processes are realized in the form of movement and transformation of information; the main method of research is the modelling of separate objects and economic processes because of the exceptional complexity of the economy as a system.
With the above specific features of economists-cybernetics professional activity the author's concept of a training system in high school is presented in this article. The guiding idea of this concept is that the key element of the training system should be mastery of modelling organizational and economic systems and processes based on the use of the latest researches in information technology to ensure the efficient analytical activities while solving control problems.
Mastering this experience is provided by its phase developments (at preparative, modified, creative phases) with the implementation of relevant research tasks of proficient course and teaching strategies.
The mastering model will consist of the following units: target unit represented through competence; meaningful unit represented at the subject courses levels based on integrative relations; procedural unit that contains forms, methods and training tools; diagnostic unit is the future economists-cybernetics professional training evaluation criteria; reflexive unit which includes students’ activities self-analysis and self-assessment, the need and willingness to commit the experience changes, to determine the reasons of these changes and to estimate the experience efficiency. |
