| Аннотация: | В статье изложены и обобщены результаты исследования, проведенного на выборке из доступных в сети Интернет вакансий с пометкой «Аналитик». Анализ позволил выявить основные требованя, предъявляемые к кандидатам на данную вакансию, относительно их высшего образования, опыта работы, знания прикладных пакетов анализа данных, умения работать с базами данных, наличия профессиональных и специальных навыков, знаний общеобразовательного характера, личностных характеристик. На основе детального рассмотрения содержания каждой группы требований, частоты их появления в выборке разработана и представлена конкурентноспособная компетентностная модель выпускника - аналитика. |
| Описание: | The article describes and summarizes the results of a study conducted on a sample of the available Internet jobs marked " Analyst " in order to identify the main characteristics , knowledge and skills , which a modern analyst should have from the viewpoint of the current employer. Considering overall interests of employers is required in the formation of graduates’ competency models in each direction for the preparation of their viability and relevance. On the basis of analysis the main demands for the Applicants for the position, relative to their higher education , work experience, knowledge of applied data analysis package, the ability to work with databases, the availability of professional and specialized skills, knowledge of general educational nature, personality characteristics are identified. Based on a detailed review of the contents of each group of requirements, their frequency in the sample visual competence model of a competitive graduate – analyst is developed and presented.
According to the results of the study it can be established that the job of an analyst is prestigious and well-paid, it presupposes technical, economic or mathematical education, work experience from 1 to 5 years, deep knowledge of MS Excel, analytical mind, ability to work with databases, execute SQL- queries responsibility in relation to the work, English proficiency level above average, methods of statistical analysis, the ability to simulate and predict knowledge of data analysis programs, programming skills, ability to learn quickly. The obtained results reflect the requirements of employers in the sample jobs that we have managed to form during the study.
These results may be the same or not the same like the requirements for new or future vacancies. However, in general, it is expected that the overall picture of the requirements will remain in the near future. To better fit with modern expectations of graduates employers can offer the following general recommendation: economic fields should increase the proportion of subjects in computer science, and computer specialties should diversify the curriculum disciplines of economic and financial nature. |
