| Аннотация: | Виявлено, що модернізація найчастіше воно розглядається в трьох аспектах, а саме: соціальному, політичному та економічному. Визначено основні риси, які притаманні процесу модернізаціїз урахуванням чого запропоновано визначати модернізацію як багаторівневий комплексний процес, який передбачає поетапну мобілізацію всіх наявних ресурсів та їх оптимізацію з метою проведення інституційних перетворень у фінансово-економічній, соціально-культурній, політичній та інших сферах суспільства. Розкрито фактори, які впливають на модернізацію промислових підприємств.
Запропоновано напрямки проведення інноваційної модернізації промисловості України та обґрунтовано заходи активізації процесів інноваційної модернізації вітчизняної економіки та стимулювання її структурної перебудови |
| Описание: | Revealed that the modernization is often seen in three aspects, namely the social, political and economic. Determining the general features that are inherent to the process of modernization, namely: comprehensiveness, consistency, differentsirovannyi character, mobilizacionnojj, territorial and temporal orientation and phasing considering what prompted to define a modernization as multi-layered and complex process, which includes step-by mobilizing all available resources and their optimization with the aim of implementing institutional reforms in financial-economic, socio-cultural, political and other spheres of society. Disclosed objective, subjective, local, global, external and internal factors that influence the modernization of industrial enterprises. Suggested areas for innovative modernization of industry of Ukraine, which require the optimization of the industry, technological, organizational, regional and managerial structures of industry and justified measures of activation of innovative processes of modernization of the national economy and encouraging structural adjustment among which accelerated depreciation of fixed assets, a part of profit of the enterprises on their modernization, which is exempt from tax, introduction of a delay of payment of import duties and taxes on introduction in Ukraine of equipment, which is directed to the modernization of the technical and technological base of the industrial enterprises, creating new jobs, focused on the goals of modernization and other. |
