| Аннотация: | Проведено аналіз стану автомобільних доріг, а також складено перелік деформацій і руйнувань на дорогах у місті Горлівка, указано їх причини. Установлено, що основними руйнуваннями на автомобільних дорогах є тріщини. Вони становлять 60 % від загальної кількості деформацій і руйнувань покриття. Наведено способи їх усунення, у тому числі спосіб із застосуванням геосинтетичних матеріалів, який дозволяє подовжити термін служби дорожнього покриття з мінімальною витратою коштів. |
| Описание: | It has been established that a downward trend in the interrepair service life of autoroad surface has become an urgent problem in the last decades. The analysis on the road conditions has been made in all three districts of Gorlovka. It has been also established that due to the technical inventory of urban streets and roads of Gorlovka the asphalt covered roads are the most common and better than other types of road surface according to its length and surface area. The surface roads length and area have been determined with the road wear coefficient which is higher than 30 %. The report on road deformations and fractures in Gorlovka has been made. The causes leading to fractures have been enumerated where the main cause is the traffic load effect on asphalt covered road being bent. The maximum tensile stresses occur in the lower surface layer. Fractures account for 60 % of all road deformations. The forms of fractures have been specified according to the nature of fracturing. It has been established that the strong surface fractures are more common among the other kinds of fractures. The process of fractures formation under the traffic load in all seasons has been considered. The scheme of the bending deformation of the road surface under the wheel load has been suggested. The ways of the road surface fractures control such as the road holes repairing with hot asphalt, resurfacing, jet asphalt paving and reinforcing the asphaltic layers with geosynthetics have been determined. It has been defined that among the ways of fractures formation the use of geosynthetics in the asphaltic coat layers which take the tensile stresses in the base courses is prospective. The method of the use of geosynthetics allows to prolong the service life of the road surface with minimum expenses. |
