| Аннотация: | Рассмотрена проблема формирования заданного уровня эксплуатационной эффективности технических изделий на основе показателей их качества. Отмечено, что указанные показатели формируются, прежде всего, совокупностью потенциальных свойств составляющих функциональных систем и агрегатов машин и их взаимодействием с внешними эксплуатационными факторами. Предложено методику комплексного оценивания качества сложных технических изделий, в частности, на примере двигателей автомобильных транспортных средств, исходя из совокупности значений всех параметров, характеризующих отдельные показатели их качества. |
| Описание: | The problem of the set level formation of the technical units operating efficiency has been considered according to their quality characteristics. It is mentioned that the given characteristics are formed, first and foremost, by the range of potential features of the complex functional systems and motor vehicles aggregates and their interaction with the external operational factors. While choosing the quality characteristics of the object it is important to select the minimum quantity of parameters which taken together characterize its quality practically in detail. In this case it is suggested to consider technical objects with their main (physical and functional) characteristics. On the basis of the effective standards it has been stated that the quality of any product is determined by its characteristics, namely quality characteristics – certain parameters which reflect their constructive and functional features: the mass-dimensional parameters, the performance indicators and the functional characteristics. The object quality is suggested to be assessed in an integrated manner comparing the corresponding parameters of specific features with the standard values. The best values of the corresponding assessment parameters should be taken as standard values from the whole considered quantity of the similar objects. Besides, in making an assessment of the quality of the particular technical object the standard values can be set according to the corresponding characteristics of the better analogue samples or appropriate parameters values determined in accordance with the study or calculation results. The integrated evaluation method has been suggested particularly in terms of motor vehicles engines on the basis of the value parts of all parameters which characterize the individual indicators of their quality. |
