| Аннотация: | У статті визначені рівні здатності колективу навчального комплексу «коледж-академія» до впровадження організаційно-педагогічних умов управління комплексом. Діагностичний інструментарій (тести, анкети, методики, а також виявлені нами критерії й показники), насамперед, був спрямований на вивчення внутрішнього середовища навчального комплексу «коледж-академія», його потенціалу й тенденцій розвитку. Адже саме внутрішнє середовище навчального комплексу виявляє постійний і безпосередній вплив на успішне функціонування та розвиток інтегрованого освітнього закладу. |
| Описание: | The research paper represents the levels of the ability of the team of the training complex “college-academy” to introduce the organizational and pedagogical management conditions. The tools of the analysis (tests, questionnaires, methods, as well a sthe criteria and indicators revealed by us) were chiefly aimed at the examination of the inner environment of the training complex “college-academy”, its potential and development tendencies. Because the inner environment of the training team defines the direct and constant influence upon successful functioning and development of an integrated educational institution.
The criteria, which helped us analyse the ability of the team of the training complex “college-academy” to introduce the organizational and pedagogical management conditions, are: the cognitive, the motivational, and the one of the activity itself. These criteria have the system of indicators.
So, the cognitive criterion includes the awareness of the team of the basic aims, objectives and functions of the training complex “college-academy”, of the direct and indirect influence upon the inner and outer spheres of the management of the training complex, of the methods and procedures of the management, which improve the integration processes.
The motivational criterion includes the following indicators: the motivation of the team to work professionally; the value orientations (needs, interests of each worker of the administration); the belief in the necessity of the formation of the image of the training team “college-academy” as a single educational organization.
The criterion of the activity is characterized by the following indicators: the improvement of the regulatory documentation, which contributes to the integration of the college and academy into a single educational structure; the improvement of the quality system of the educational services in the training complex on all the levels; the participation of all the subjects of the educational process in the co-management and self-government of the quality system. |
