| Аннотация: | У статті представлено процес виховання лідерських якостей школярів у процесі навчальної діяльності.
Розглядається процес виховання лідерських якостей учнів в урочній діяльності на прикладі профільного навчального закладу «Донецький бізнес-ліцей».
Розкриваються особливості індивідуального освітнього плану старшокласника, зміст
портфоліо лідера, який реалізує відповідні функції освітнього процесу: діагностичну, цілепокладання, мотиваційну, змістовну, розвиваючу, рейтингову. Показано різні види портфоліо: портфоліо-власність, портфоліо-звіт, портфоліо досягнень, рефлексивний портфоліо, проблемно-орієнтований портфоліо, тематичний портфоліо. |
| Описание: | The article presents the process of leadership training in the process of learning activity.
The basic requirements for the organization of learning activity, the essence of level, internal and external differentiation in the formation of groups for training, the foundation of school specialized education, the criteria for the formation of specialized classes have been defined. The essence of specialized school education in Ukraine and abroad has been analyzed. The process of leadership training of schoolchildren during lessons has been considered by the example of the specialized educational establishment "Donetsk Business High School". The author has proposed to use an individual education plan of a high school student that allows each student depending on his/her abilities, desires and well-being to choose the amount of subject content, thereby creating the conditions for his/her movement along the compulsory education route according to individual abilities of the child.
The content of the leader portfolio, implementing the corresponding functions of the educational process (diagnostic, goal setting, motivational, content, developmental, rating) has been defined. Different types of portfolio have been shown: portfolio-property, portfolio-report, achievement portfolio, reflective
portfolio, problem-oriented portfolio, theme portfolio. The author describes a leader portrait in terms of ability to see the problem and its solution, ability to create a team and unite other people in order to solve the problem, ability to rally other people, responsibility for the result, concern about the relationship in the team, ability to discover other people’s best characteristics, support of team members with words and actions, creating an atmosphere of inspiration. |
