| Аннотация: | У статті розглянуто практику у системі підготовки магістрів освітнього менеджменту в університетах Німеччини, яка допомагає майбутньому працівникові професійно орієнтуватися в його майбутній діяльності. З’ясовано її особливості згідно з концепцією програми підготовки, визначено зміст та умови організації практики, згідно з якими студенти мають можливість ознайомитися з новими ідеями, шляхами і методами, інноваційними підходами, освітніми процесами і освітнім маркетингом, і застосувати, поряд з наявним власним досвідом, отримані знання у своїй професійній діяльності. Розкрито цілі практики, показані вимоги щодо складання звіту практики, визначена оцінка практики. |
| Описание: | Practice in the system of preparation of masters of educational management at universities in Germany which helps a future worker be guided professionally in his/her future activity has been considered in the article. Students of the training program "Educational management" have already had finished higher education and long-term professional experience, thus, they can bring knowledge and skills from another "system" and know about weak places and optimum opportunities in the organization of practice. The principle of "training in difference" assumes (unites) involvement of students from three professional spheres - school, production education, education of adults. This principle is shown in practice. During the vacation after the second semester at least four-week practice should come not in own sphere, but in other fields of activity (from 2 to 4 weeks). Thus, for example, students from school sphere do practical training at a commercial enterprise or at an adult education institution, students from the sphere of economy go on practice to school or to adult education institutions.
The base of practice can be an organization (enterprise, establishment, firm) which provides access to the main activities, attaches great value to the knowledge of human resource management and professional development. During practice students directly participate in the current production activity of the enterprise, serve as non-staff consultants, carry out singular problems and qualified projects which are important for this establishment.
The practice purposes, thanks to which students get acquainted with another system of values, save up experience in another organizational context, get acquainted with new ways and training methods, get acquainted with development of educational processes and educational marketing in other organizations, have been disclosed. |
