| Аннотация: | В статті розглянуто актуальність гуманітарних та соціальних дисциплін в професійній підготовці майбутніх інженерів, вимоги до сучасної професійної підготовки майбутніх інженерів, принципи формування змісту гуманітарної освіти. Вивчено освітньо-професійні характеристики випускників технічних університетів, освітньо-професійні програми підготовки, навчальні плани та робочі програми з англійської мови. Визначено проблеми у викладанні дисциплін соціально-гуманітарного циклу, а також труднощі, з якими стикається молодий спеціаліст під час працевлаштування. |
| Описание: | The paper considers the relevance of humanities and social sciences in training future engineers, requirements of modern professional training to future engineers, principles of humanities education content. We studied the educational and professional characteristics of graduates of technical universities, education and professional training programs, curricula and work programs in English. In this article the problems in teaching humanities and difficulties faced by young specialists while employing have been identified. Integrated implementation of relevant disciplines, as well as new innovative courses on psycho-pedagogical and managerial disciplines that mostly belong to social sciences and humanities are to be widely implemented.
Importance of introduction of innovative teaching methods in educational process has been emphasized. Creation of training programs, conducting business or role-playing games and brainstorming activities are the driving forces for future professionals who are interested in self-improvement and development. The content and methods of teaching some social sciencesand humanities have been analyzed and some ways of improving the liberal education of youth providing individualized training, which has become the most complete and rational instrument to outline the potential of each individual, have been proposed. In this paper the authors have considered the modern "western approach" to the individualization of education that is based on formation of groups with different levels of educational objectives and individualized pace of educational progress.
According to modern concept of education in Ukraine individualization of education becomes the most complete and rational outline of students’ potential. Both foreign and domestic pedagogical process is featured by individualized learning that takes into account students’ special abilities and potential, individual promotion according to curriculum. |
