| Аннотация: | У статті розглянуто методи оцінювання ефективності впровадження інформаційних технологій, що використовуються у практичній діяльності підприємств. Встановлено, що у процесі використання інформаційних технологій і систем виникають різні види ефектів, які оцінюються з використанням низки кількісних та якісних показників. Запропоновано шляхи підвищення ефективності використання інформаційних технологій на підприємстві. |
| Описание: | The article is devoted to the in-depth theoretical and methodological aspects of evaluation of the information technologies' effectiveness at the enterprise and development of recommendations in reference to improvement of enterprise's information management. The article specifies the essence of the categories of "efficiency" and "effect" in the use of information technology. There is described the approach to the classification of information technologies' effectiveness estimation methods according to which there are expenditure, classical and qualitative methods has been studied.
Economic efficiency of the implementation and use of information technology is seen as the ratio of the results from information technology application to the value of investments and product costs for their implementation and further development, that is, it is a classic ratio of profit / loss. There are given grounds to the necessity of defining the four types of effects: managerial, organizational, and economic as well as the effect of improvement and development. It has been proposed to use the system of qualitative and quantitative indicators that reflect the essence of each of the abovementioned types of effects from the use of information technology in the enterprise.
Ways to increase efficiency of the implementation and usage of information technologies have been developed. |
