| Описание: | The paper considers the intergrational characteristics of personal and professional qualities of a physical training teacher, which enable him/her to implement general pedagogical and specific functions. General pedagogical functions include: educational, developmental, cognitive, informational, designing, planning, organizational, value-orientied, control, communicative, research functions, and specific functions are: health-protective, preventive, life security ensuring, judge functions. All functions of a physical training teacher are closely interrelated and interdependent.
We proved that in order to achieve the goal and objectives of physical training and to ensure the effective functioning of a method system in education, a physical training teacher must possess professional competence and skillfully implement a systematic approach to sports and recreational activities.
The studies of the types of relationships of students with a teacher, which mainly exist in the learning process of physical education, established the following relationships: respect - 72.5%, familiarity - 13.6%, depression - 10.4%, the cases of flirting (3.0 %) and subservience - 0.5%. We found out that 59.6% of students prefer chummy relationship with the teacher, a smaller proportion of students (30.9%) prefers friendship, i.e. "equal relationship" and only 7,5% prefer official and 2.0% severe and inaccessible relationship.
Performance impact on students in the classes is largely dependent on the authority of the teacher, his/her qualities, personal and business skills and competence. From the viewpoint of students the most important qualities are: kindness, attentiveness, professionalism, patience, justice, physical state, honesty, self-control, restraint, wit, etc. Most students enjoy the democratic type of educational process in physical training mentioned by 80.5% of men and 79.4% of women. In addition to the positive impact of a teacher there exists a negative impact on students. Among the students 8.5% of men and 5.5% of women reported that the physical training teacher instilled in them negative attitude towards physical education, systematically provoked fear of being punished and spawned distrust of himself |
