Description: The article considers the role of international cooperation in the formation of future competitiveness of the engineering staff at the international labour market according to the modern requirements. A strategy of international development and evaluation of professional qualifications of the European standard, which can be implemented into the educational process thanks to the international cooperation of states, educational systems of higher education institutions and each individual separately, is also examined. The growing interdependence in the world, emergence and exacerbation of global problems increased the need to strengthen the multilateral cooperation and spread to all spheres of life and science. Such development also led to the creation of many intergovernmental global and regional organizations. Thanks to the cooperation of Donetsk National Technical University and Otto-von-Guericke University in Magdeburg the German Technical Department, which prepares bachelors of engineering, was created. And German colleagues provide support in training masters. Thus, students acquire basic professional competences in their native environment and improve them in European educational environment. We propose various forms of organization of training which are much higher than educational standards. These are elective courses, special courses. Their content is of humanitarian nature. Extra-curricular activities are carried out in three directions aimed at increasing the level of speech culture by improving the existing line of state education standards for Literature and special courses, elective courses, special courses, which are integrated and will be equally useful to the youth. All universal developing vectors are directed on increasing the intellectual level, the formation of effective thinking and speech acts, on self-realization through separate verbal and creative activities. Doing special courses “Ethnolinguistics as a means of personal spiritual formation”, “Nature in the works of Ukrainian writers”, elective courses “Ukrainian paradigm”, “Preparation of creative works”, “Basics of linguistic research”, open class “National Drama”, “The phraseology of translation (on the material of N. Lukash)”, “Oles Gonchar and Slavic literatures” and others will help support the young people in their existential searching, in identity realization, in realization of life goals. Abstract: Реформа вищої технічної освіти України пов'язана з широким впровадженням нових інформаційних технологій, зокрема експертно-навчальних систем (ЕНС). Проаналізовані інформаційні, кібернетичні, дидактичні та психологічні аспекти проектування та функціонування ЕНС. Запропонована загальна архітектура ЕНС й описані її структурні компоненти. Вказано, що ефективність ЕНС залежить не лише від якості технічного, математичного і програмного забезпечення, але й від якості дидактичного забезпечення. Обґрунтовано, що модель процесу навчання є сукупність моделі студента, алгоритму діяльності студента й алгоритму керування з боку ЕНС. Показано, що алгоритм керування має бути гнучкий. Description: The higher technical education reform in Ukraine is connected with widespread introduction of new information technologies, expert training systems (ETS) in particular. This paper presents a partial solution of the scientific problem, which is in the inconsistency between the EOS requirements and their capabilities. Here we analyzed informative, cybernetic, didactic and psychological aspects of ETS planning and functioning. Besides we offered general ETS architecture and described its structural components. EOS efficiency depends not only on the quality of technical, mathematical and software supply but also on the quality of didactic supply. As a solution we developed two methods of the didactic contents and teaching process planning – the structure planning method and the object-oriented planning one. We also found out that the transition to the educational knowledge database is possible as a result of homomorphism of scientific knowledge projection. Besides we noticed that both traditional (determined) and stochastic, both unclear and heuristic algorithms as well are the basis of machine-based teaching technology. The model of teaching process is aggregate of student model, both algorithm of student activity and management algorithm from the ETS side. Algorithm of management must be flexible. Abstract: Статья анализирует актуальное состояние проблематики творчества в рамках исследования творческого процесса. Автор определяет содержание понятия творчества, анализирует этапы творческого процесса и останавливается на стадии бессознательной обработки задачи в глубинных слоях психики, где определяющая роль принадлежит интуиции. Раскрывая понятие интуиции, автор приходит к выводу о ее определяющей роли в творческом процессе. Description: Contemporary science has come to the stumbling point limiting the objective scientific knowledge and dividing researchers’ opinions onto the nature and essence of creativity. Subjects, significance, criteria and resources of creativity are the subjects of these matters. Apart there arises a problem of creativity source that requires either conscious or unconscious interpretation. Neither contemporary philosophy nor contemporary psychology could provide us with a certain answer as far as science today has not arrived yet to a definite conclusion whether creativity should be majorly described as a cognitive activity presuming aware aiming and free-will manifestation or it must be interpreted as an unconscious process par excellence. In the paper we are trying to analyze the current state of the creativity problematics. Within the scope of creative process research we define the concept of creativity, analyze the stages of the creative process and focus at the stage of unconscious task processing being realized in the deep layers of psyche, where the crucial role belongs to intuition. Besides we propose a new interpretation of the classic intuition definition, which assumes intuition to imply immediate unconscious reaction which might possibly be the presupposed reaction of the unconscious (the main source of creativity) on the necessary and sufficient external stimulus. Expanding and reanalyzing the concept of intuition we have come to the conclusion on its determining role in the creative process. Intuition is being considered as a mediator or a bridge connecting two worlds – conscious and the unconscious one. Besides it fulfills an insight function in the creative process. Moreover as far as the unconscious is a source available to any person under the occurrence of certain conditions existence of such creativity source enables the full realization of any person’s ability to be the subject of creativity. Today philosophy, psychology and neuroscience are trying to get closer to solving the mystery of human creativity, but we cannot assert achieving positive results yet. The researches of both the brain activity physiology and the central and peripheral nervous systems, the study of the unconscious by cognitive psychology, the summarizing of human experience related to the unconscious manifestations as well let us hope the development of techniques deliberately affecting the collective unconscious as the main creativity source might be accomplished in the very close future. This accomplishment will be the key to the mystery of creation and it brings us a step closer to the mystery of the unconscious.
