компенсації ємнісного струму однофазного замикання на землю. Запропоновано заходи щодо зменшення&#xD;
негативного впливу частотних складових і математичну модель напруги нульовоі послідовності в частотніи&#xD;
області.
Description: In&#xD;
resonance earthed medium voltage network, the tumng of the Petersen coil is a critical issue for system performance.&#xD;
For resonance grounded network it is necessary to continues match the coil with the network capacitance to earth. This&#xD;
paper is based on testing results of real network. This paper investigates zero sequence voltage interference affecting the&#xD;
Petersen coil automatic tumng device. We cover devices that implement the “frequency” principle of Petersen coil&#xD;
control. Appropriate limits for the study of zero-sequence voltage in the frequency domain are defined. The causes of&#xD;
noise appearing in zero-sequence voltage electric network with ungrounded neutral are analyzed. Time harmomcs are&#xD;
produced by induction motors as a result of the harrnomc content of the m.m.f. distribution. Harmomcs can also occur&#xD;
as a result of electrical asymmetry. Consider an electrically unbalanced rotor winding, the stator winding being&#xD;
balanced such that the supply voltage produces a pure rotating field. Slip frequency e.m.f. is induced in the rotor, but&#xD;
since the rotor winding is unbalanced, both positive and negative phase sequence currents will flow, giving fields in the&#xD;
forward and reverse directions. Integral Cycle Control thyristors regulator, also called ‘burst-firing’ regulator is based&#xD;
on the switching of entire voltage half-cycles. That integral cycle control produces no harrnomc frequencies. It does,&#xD;
however, produce inter-harrnomc and subharmomc frequencies. Zero sequence voltage data are acquired in July, 2011.&#xD;
The analysis is carried out using the software PyLab, MATLAB. The analysis is based on Discrete Fourier transform&#xD;
(DFT) algorithm. The Zero sequence voltage was sampled at 44.1-kHz sampling rate and interfaced to a PC using&#xD;
sound card «Realtek High Defimtion Audio». Typically, voltage power spectra are based on a 4096-points FFT. The&#xD;
results of experiment in the real distributing electrical networks are presented. The acquired data are used to generate a&#xD;
model. Zero-sequence voltage noise consists of the main generated (or fundamental) sine signal, third and higher odd&#xD;
harmomcs of the fundamental sine, white noise, pink flicker noise. Referred noise model can be used in the construction&#xD;
of Petersen coil automatic tuning device that implements the “frequency” principle.</description>

Description: In this article the evaluation of the effectiveness of location method for fault location in&#xD;
distribution power networks with complex topology voltage 6-35 kV. Evaluation of the effectiveness of location&#xD;
method is carried out by deterrmmng and comparing the reliability of the proposed method for deterrmmng the damage&#xD;
with two basic, which elected based on the need to achieve a certain effect. As a first basic option are used devices&#xD;
Search-l", "wave", "probe", "VPI-l" and others. As a second basic variant of the method proposed successive divide&#xD;
network with optimized algorithm. The calculations for 10 real substations from which retreated 73 lines showed that&#xD;
the application of location method, except social effect to enhance safety operation of distribution networks, allowing&#xD;
comparison with the first base variant, reducing the average search time of the injury site at 2 times the coefficient&#xD;
efficiency is 1.98, increase availability factor by an average of 0.6%, lower coefficient of downtime on average by 40%,&#xD;
increase the ratio of technical applications and operational readiness rate by an average of 0.7%. Compared with the&#xD;
second base variant, using location method reduces loss electricity almost 3 times , coefficients efficiency of decreasing&#xD;
search time location of the damage and loss of electricity are respectively 9.99 and 2.91.</description>

Abstract: Обґрунтовується необхідність вдосконалення методів та засобів технічного діагностування&#xD;
високовольтних вимикачів для підвищення іх надійності в умовах експлуатації. Показано залежність зміни&#xD;
падіння напруги на сенсорі пристрою контролю швидкісних характеристик від частоти високочастотного&#xD;
сигналу. Визначено оптимальне значення частоти високочастотного сигналу при якому отримується&#xD;
найбільше значення падіння напруги на опорі сенсора.
Description: In electrical&#xD;
transmission systems and high voltage switching device auto major steps which are performed by any change in current&#xD;
circuits at all possible at this point the system modes are switches. Typical switching operations for switches are off&#xD;
current overload and short circuit, switch to short circuit shutdown by dividing asynchronous operating systems, disable&#xD;
the capacitive currents idling routes, off inductive currents unloaded transformer. Reliable performance of l1igh-voltage&#xD;
circuit breakers largely depends on the technical condition of arc chutes and drive mechamsm. During shutdown short&#xD;
circuit in arc chutes are heavy thermal processes, the nature of which depends on passing speed arcing contact,&#xD;
maximum magmtude and nature of change of pressure gaseous environment in the working volume, flow characteristics&#xD;
arcing environment in the area extinguishing the arc in separate stages electric unlocking , rate of stretching and moving&#xD;
logs arc. All above mentioned characteristics arc devices depend on the type and the operating principle of the drive&#xD;
mechamsm, the deterioration of which may not switch off or irregular his work. Currently, the speed characteristics are&#xD;
deterrmned mainly by Olivet breakers and some types of Logic switches using sensors of angular and linear&#xD;
displacement. In other types of switches deterrmne speed characteristics limited design features. Therefore, the&#xD;
proposed control parameters passing test RF signal through a contact chamber air and gas insulated switches during&#xD;
their operation. Consideration of these parameters at different frequencies can improve the accuracy of control for the&#xD;
qualitative detection of the aforementioned defects at an early stage of their development. Changing parameter RF&#xD;
signal is hopping, so you need to optimize the parameters of momtoring device speed performance for more informative&#xD;
test results, namely a smooth change of the controlled parameter. To optimize the parameters of l1igh-frequency signal&#xD;
was found optimal frequency RF signal, which is 150 kHz.</description>

Abstract: Показано, что известные устройства и терминалы релейной защиты и автоматики (РЗиА) возможно заменить&#xD;
обобщенной эквивалентной структурной схемой двухвходового устройства. Такая упрощающая абстракция&#xD;
позволяет эффективно решать задачи анализа, синтеза, оптимизации, совершенствования, унификации, обучения и&#xD;
др. в области РЗиА. Абстракция помогает оперировать потоками информации во множестве связанных объектов&#xD;
управления и защиты, к которым сводятся участки электрических сетей разных классов напряжений для&#xD;
традиционных и смарт-грид построений. Двухвходовое, а в пределе одновходовое устройство, является&#xD;
многопараметрическим обработчиком потока информации и относится к области технического интеллекта.&#xD;
Приводится описание структурно-информационного метода, на основе которого получена предлагаемая абстракция.
Description: Combination&#xD;
of many factors: expansions of multi-criteria terminals of Relay Protection and Automatics (RPA), building smart-grid&#xD;
electrical networks, problems of RPA solving for specific objects of control and protection (OCP) showed the necessity&#xD;
to operate by the information flows to a higher abstract level with reservation the information about OCP and RPA in&#xD;
the description. OCP groups in power industry usually work together and are connected energetically, galvanically and informationally. In this regard, there is possibility to allocate a separate type of OCP - array of associated OCP&#xD;
(AAOCP). It is shown in the paper that the well-known devices and terminals of RPA can be replaced by a generalized&#xD;
equivalent structural circuit (GEC) of two-input device. GEC device consists of two elements: generalized filter and&#xD;
threshold umt. This simplifying abstraction gives possibility to effectively solve problems of the analysis, synthesis,&#xD;
optimization, development, standardization, traimng, etc. of RPA. Abstraction helps to operate with the information&#xD;
flows in AAOCP where the parts of electrical networks of various voltage classes of traditional and smart grid&#xD;
constructions are thrown together. Two-terrninal, and in the lin1it one-terminal GEC-device, is a multi-parameter&#xD;
processor of the information flow and relates to the field of technical intellect. A structure-information (SI) method is&#xD;
described in the paper. On the basis of this method the proposed abstraction is obtained. A theoretical basis of SI&#xD;
method and evidence of its effectiveness are developed. SI method involves structural-operator, structural-linguistic and&#xD;
structural-l1ierarcl1ical methods. SI-method is umversal and can perform various tasks related to the analysis, synthesis&#xD;
and control of the flow of sense situations in the research object. In this paper one more element of SI method’s&#xD;
theoretical basis, rationale of use of GEC device, is developed. According to SI method, a generalized tree, for&#xD;
recognition of known schemes the balanced discriminators and detectors, is made. Grammar, a list of rules "Yes-No"&#xD;
are compiled. Grammar allows the study the quality of the well-known devices, the devices under development and&#xD;
RPA systems. The hierarchical line of solutions design of discriminators from "simple" to "perfect" is built. The line&#xD;
enables to perform qualitative and quantitative evaluations of the effectiveness of RPA devices and count indicators of&#xD;
developed RPA devices. Relative action device, balanced discriminator or phase detector (PD), is in the basis of the&#xD;
evolution line of RPA devices. In this case absolute action device of RPA are simplification of GEC device.The&#xD;
proposed in the article smart detector "Yes-No" turns the most perfect". Joint-work of GEC device and AAOCP in the&#xD;
unified intellectual smart grid automatic control system is discussed. The examples of structural circuits of smart control&#xD;
systems in the smart-grid electric networks are presented.</description>
