Title: ECOLOGICAL PROBLEMS OF INDUSTRIAL DONBASS AND UTILIZATION OF COKING BY-PRODUCTS IN ANTIRUST MATERIALS
Authors: Vysotsky, Yu. B.; Korolyov, V. P.; Sohina, S. I.; Selyutin, Yu. V.; Shevchenko, O. N.
Abstract: The paper deals with the problems of utilizing industrial by-products in the production of antirust materials.
The test results have shown that the use of coal-processing by-products enhances protective properties of antirust
metal coatings. The best results have been recorded for antirust compositions containing pitch and polymers of benzol
separation. Besides, the utilization of coking industry by-products will help to improve the environment in great
industrial regions

Title: DYNAMIC CONCENTRATION OF STRESSES IN ELASTIC COMPOUND SOLIDS
Authors: Vovk, L. P.
Abstract: According to a modified method of superposition the solution to the problem of harmonic vibrations of inhomogeneous
areas consisting of various numbers of joined elastic areas with different elastic properties is presented.
Wave field singularities in the vicinity of singular boundary points at the joint of areas are studied

Title: A digital setting device for optimal control of positional electric drives
Authors: Tolochko, O.I.; Rozkaryaka, P.I.
Abstract: This paper is a theoretical study of digital control algorithms for the systems of positional electric drives
which would ensure minimum energy losses. In our research we took into account the effect of time discreetness,
extrapolation, peculiarities of numerical integration and the necessity of real time calculations.

Title: EVOLUTIONARY APPROACH TO IMAGE PROCESSING ON THE EXAMPLE OF MICROSECTIONS
Authors: Skobtsov, Y. A.; Martynenko, T. V.
Abstract: This paper offers a new approach to color image processing and segmentation on the basis of evolutionary
models. We developed a set of objective functions for estimating the quality of segmentation taking into account the
type of histological research. Experimental research was carried out on the example of histological images. The results
of this research confirmed the efficiency of the developed evolutionary processing and segmentation algorithms
