| Аннотация: | Обоснована группировка задач технического менеджмента в системе технического обслуживания и ремонта в модули: «План ремонта»; «История ремонта»; «Поставка материалов»; «Поставка запчастей»; «Склад»; «Образ оборудования». Функционирование каждого модуля, за исключением модуля «Образ оборудования», включает реализацию двух типовых этапов (формирование каталога и выполнение разметок), единых для любого предприятия, и уникального этапа (генерация документов из данных разметки). Уникальный этап разрабатывается для конкретного предприятия с учетом структуры и содержания его ремонтной документации. Приведен пример автоматизированного решения модуля в рамках

| Описание: | Background. The analysis of the complex tasks of technical management in the system of equipment maintenance has allowed allocating the following modules: "Repair plan"; "History of repairs"; "Supply of materials"; "Spare parts supply"; "Storage"; "Image of equipment". Two phases common
for any enterprise and a unique phase designed for a particular enterprise, taking into account the structure and content of its maintenance documents, are allocated in the functioning of a number of modules. The developed modules form the basis of Computerized Maintenance Management System
(CMMS). Materials and/or methods. The objective of this paper is the selection of standard modules in the complex of technical management tasks to be solvedin the operation of the repair department of an
industrial enterprise. The business processes of planning and preparing maintenance, current, and capital repairs are investigated, which allowed identifying such problems and creating standard
modules. The equipment data module contains the totality of the normative and reference information used in the planning and preparation of the equipment maintenance. The modules of the actual planning and preparation of equipment maintenance provide a definition and formal description of
the maintenance content, application and supply of labor, material, and other resources. The procedure of the functioning of any of these modules involves the implementation of two typical phases
(the directory formation and the markup) common for any enterprise and a unique phase (documents generation by the markup data). The content of the unique phase is developed for a particular enterprise, taking into account the structure and the content of its maintenance documents. The approach to building the automated solution of the allocated standard modules within the CMMS is proposed.
Results. Grouping tasks of technical management in six standard modules is performed. The approaches to solving the problems of the proposed modules when planning and preparing repairs of
the mechanical equipment of industrial enterprises are given.
Conclusion. The business processes of the technical management in equipment maintenance are investigated that has allowed to describe their structure and to allocate such tasks. The methods of
their solution within the CMMS computerized system of the equipment maintenance are considered. This reduces the complexity of developing such systems, their study, and development in the conditions of industrial enterprises. |
