Совершенствование технологического и структурного обеспечения многономенклатурных роторных систем изготовления крепежных изделий

Abstract

The known methods of planning of automatic transfer rotor lines do not allow creating multitop-level rotor machines and lines for the production of plenty of different kinds of timber wares. Therefore show-but, that is needed perfection of the technological and structural providing of these systems. The questions of routing of wares were decided in the conditions of multitop-level rotor lines, which allowed uniting the group of serial productions in mass. The method of structural synthesis of multitop-level instrumental blocks was developed on the base of the offered new principles. It is suggested to use magnetic conductivity of material of wares for realization of interrotor transmission in the conditions of multitop-level automatic transfer rotor lines. Possibility of realization of such transmission is confirmed experimentally. The executed researches and offered method of structural synthesis of multitop-level instrumental blocks allow to create multitop-level automatic transfer rotor lines in which the group of serial productions unites in mass due to treatment of a few wares in one instrumental block.
