| Аннотация: | Предпринята попытка выявить предпочтения крупного бизнеса, ведущего хозяйственную деятельность на территории Кемеровской
области. Кузбасс отнесен к региону «ресурсного» типа, поскольку его экономика базируется на угледобыче и черной металлургии. Показано, что крупный бизнес, действующий на территории региона «ресурсного» типа, сталкивается с
необходимостью осуществления выбора направлений инвестирования ресурсов. С одной стороны, крупный бизнес более склонен к реализации инновационной деятельности, чем средний и малый бизнес, поскольку заинтересован в укреплении своих конкурентных позиций на внутреннем
и мировом рынках сырья. В то же время бизнес-группы и крупные компании вкладывают значительные средства в поддержание социальной стабильности и развитие регионов присутствия. |
| Описание: | The attempt to reveal preferences of big business leading economic activity in the territory of Kemerovo Oblast is made. The Kuzbas is rated as ‘recourse’ type region, as far as its economy is based on coal mining and iron industry. It is showed
that big business leading economic activity in the territory of ‘recourse’ type region faces the necessity of choosing the vector of recourses’ investment. On the one hand, as it is stated in native and foreign
researches, big business is more inclined to implementation of innovative activities, than small and medium-sized businesses, as it is interested in con-solidation of its competitive position in domestic and
world commodity, techniques and raw materials markets. At the same time, business groups and large companies invest greatly in the maintenance of social stability and the development of regions of
presence. The agreement to be responsible for society by big business results in appearance of the socalled ‘balanced situation’, in which it is more profitable to invest recourses into governmental rela-tions by means of large social projects’ and regional level programmes implementation. In its turn, regional authority perform the function of public benefit production under conditions of federal authority, solving the problem of state budget balancing, has moved more stable taxes into the centre and has
lowered the part of regional and local budgets in consolidated budget and in return provide big business with various formal and informal perks and guarantees, including the rights to exploit deposits of natural recourses. It is also stated that business
groups and large companies in general in Russia are inferior to foreign corporations in absolute and relative rates of expenses on R&D, which form the basis for ‘Schumpeterian’ innovations. It is noted that innovations of ‘Schumpeterian’ type are not in the centre of corporate strategies of Russian big busi-ness now and it is the ‘leader’ in spheres of generation, application and implementation of such innovations only on the background of low indexes, which characterize innovative activity of middle-sized and small businesses in Russian economy |
