Abstract

In this paper some aspects of solving of the pattern recognition problem with the empirical risk minimization method in committee decision rules classes (perceptrons) are discussed. Particularly a new approach to estimate the sufficient length of a training sequence is proposed. Keywords: committee decision rule, uniform convergence of frequency to probability, VC– dimension.
