ПОВЫШЕНИЕ ТОЧНОСТИ И ПРОИЗВОДИТЕЛЬНОСТИ ОБРАБОТКИ НА ЭТАПЕ ВЫХАЖИВАНИЯ ПРИ ШЛИФОВАНИИ

Abstract

The paper presents the results of studies of regularities of stock removal and the formation of the accuracy of machining at the stage of dead-stop grinding in a discrete and continuous kind of the contact of wheel with workpiece being machined. It is shown that the kind of the contact of wheel with detail does not affect the changes of machining productivity in time and the value of elastic displacement, caused by the technological system and determine the accuracy of machining. This allowed for a fresh consideration to disclose the technological capabilities of dead-stop grinding to raise accuracy and productivity of machining and to determine the optimal machining conditions.
