Метою публікації визначено обґрунтування методичних підходів до забезпечення якості дистанційного навчання в Україні. Для вирішення проблеми запропоновано впровадження системи управління якістю навчання на базі TQM (Total Quality Management), яка реалізується за допомогою сучасних інформаційних технологій. Визначено індикатори контролю якості дистанційного навчання та їх складову, що може буди удосконалена на основі застосування комп’ютерних засобів передачі інформації. Description: The urgency of the material stated in the publication, is defined by the ripened necessity for radical improvement of training quality in the course of formation of knowledge economy and of an information society becoming. The publication purpose defines a substantiation of methodical approaches to maintenance of distance learning quality in Ukraine. As the problem decision it is offered the introduction of a quality training control system on the basis of TQM (Total Quality Management) which is realized by means of a modern information technology. Indicators of quality assurance of distance learning and their component which can be improved on the basis of application of computer information transmission media are defined.
